The ISO7721FDWR is a high-performance, dual-channel digital isolator providing 5000Vrms isolation in a wide-body SOIC package. Utilizing capacitive coupling technology, it supports data rates up to 100 Mbps with high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 85kV/us. This device features one forward and one reverse channel, making it ideal for bidirectional communication buses where signal integrity and safety isolation are required.

To evaluate this device, use the ISO7721DWEVM evaluation module which provides a platform for testing timing and transient immunity. When designing the PCB layout, maintain the required creepage and clearance distances under the IC to preserve the 5000Vrms isolation rating.
