Overview
The ISO7721FDWR is a high-performance, dual-channel digital isolator providing 5000Vrms isolation in a wide-body SOIC package. Utilizing capacitive coupling technology, it supports data rates up to 100 Mbps with high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 85kV/us. This device features one forward and one reverse channel, making it ideal for bidirectional communication buses where signal integrity and safety isolation are required.
