Overview

The ISO7762DWR is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator providing 5000Vrms isolation in a wide-body SOIC-16 package. It features a 100Mbps data rate and 4/2 channel directionality, designed to protect low-voltage circuitry from high-voltage transients while maintaining signal integrity.

Why Choose This Part

This device offers a high Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 100kV/us and a wide supply range from 2.25V to 5.5V, allowing it to function as a level shifter. Its low propagation delay of 11ns and robust electromagnetic compatibility make it ideal for high-speed, noise-sensitive environments.

Applications

Industrial Automation
Used in PLC and DCS systems to isolate field-side sensors and actuators from sensitive controller logic.
Motor Drive Systems
Protects control electronics from high-voltage noise and switching transients in inverter and servo drive stages.
Solar Inverters
Provides safety isolation and level shifting for communications between the high-voltage DC side and the system MCU.
Medical Equipment
Ensures patient safety by providing reinforced isolation for data interfaces in diagnostic or monitoring hardware.
