The KSZ8081MNXIA-TR is a single-supply 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet physical layer transceiver designed for RMII v1.2 interfaces. It features an ultra-compact 4mm x 4mm QFN package and integrates termination resistors for differential pairs to reduce BOM cost and PCB footprint. This industrial-grade PHY is optimized for low power consumption, drawing only 34mA during 100Base-TX link-up.
