The KSZ8091RNACA-TR is a single-chip 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet physical layer transceiver featuring an RMII v1.2 interface. It is designed for low power consumption, requiring only 47mA during full-duplex 100BASE-TX traffic, and includes on-chip termination resistors to simplify PCB layout. This PHY supports Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) and provides a 50 MHz reference clock output to the MAC, reducing the need for external clocking components.
