L6235PD

Overview

The L6235PD is a DMOS fully integrated three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver that combines a control stage and a power stage in a single PowerSO36 package. It operates over a wide voltage range of 12V to 52V and can deliver a continuous output current of up to 2.8A. The device features an integrated decoding logic for Hall effect sensors and a constant off-time PWM current controller.
