The LCMXO3LF-6900C-5BG400C is a member of the Lattice MachXO3LF family, providing 6864 logic elements and 245,760 bits of total RAM in a 400-pin BGA package. This non-volatile FPGA features on-chip Flash for instant-on capability and provides a high I/O count of 335 pins for complex system bridging and expansion. It supports a wide variety of differential and single-ended I/O standards including LVDS, LVCMOS, and emulated D-PHY.
