Overview

The LRS-75-5 is a 75W single-output enclosed type power supply with a 30mm low-profile design. It accepts a universal AC input range of 85VAC to 264VAC and delivers a stable 5V DC output at up to 14A. Designed for high efficiency and reliability, it features a metallic mesh case to facilitate cooling by free air convection without the need for a fan.

Why Choose This Part

This power supply offers high reliability with a 5G vibration resistance rating and a wide operating temperature range up to 70C. It features extremely low no-load power consumption of less than 0.3W and is capable of withstanding 300VAC surges for up to 5 seconds, ensuring durability in unstable power environments.

Applications

Industrial Automation Machinery
Provides high-current 5V rails for logic controllers and sensors in space-constrained industrial cabinets.
Household Appliances
Compliance with IEC/EN60335-1 makes it suitable for integration into white goods and smart home appliances.
LED Signage
Delivers stable 5V power for LED pixel strips and display modules requiring high peak currents.
Telecommunications Equipment
Ideal for 1U rack-mount systems due to its miniature size and low-profile height.

Getting Started

Mount the unit securely using the integrated M3 threaded holes, ensuring adequate clearance for free air convection. Connect the AC input lines to the screw terminals (L, N, and Ground) and calibrate the output voltage if necessary using the built-in V1 potentiometer. Always verify the 14A load requirement against your wire gauge to prevent voltage drops and heat buildup at the terminals.
