Overview

The LTC4040 is a complete 2.5A lithium-ion/polymer battery backup power manager designed to provide seamless power delivery during main supply failures. It integrates a high-current step-down battery charger and a high-efficiency step-up DC/DC converter to maintain a constant output voltage from a single-cell battery.
