Overview

The LX2160A-RDB-B is a high-performance evaluation platform for the NXP Layerscape LX2160A multicore processor, featuring 16 Arm Cortex-A72 cores running at up to 2200 MHz. This reference design board is provided in a 1U rackmount chassis to facilitate the development of high-throughput networking and edge computing applications. It supports massive memory bandwidth with up to 16GB of RAM and extensive high-speed serial connectivity including PCIe Gen 3 and SATA.
