Overview
The MAX14131FAEE+ is a high-speed, four-channel digital isolator designed to provide 1000Vrms isolation in a compact 16-SSOP package. Using capacitive coupling technology, it supports data rates up to 150Mbps while maintaining low power consumption and high common-mode transient immunity of 25kV/us. The device features a 3/1 channel directionality configuration with a default low output state.
