Overview

The MAX17048G+T10 is a compact, ultra-low power 1-cell lithium-ion fuel gauge IC that uses the proprietary ModelGauge algorithm to estimate battery state-of-charge. Unlike traditional fuel gauges, it eliminates the need for a current-sense resistor, instead monitoring voltage to determine battery capacity. It features a high-accuracy measurement system with only 3uA of active operating current and a 0.5uA sleep mode, making it ideal for power-constrained portable electronics.
