Overview

The MAX22344CAAP+ is a high-speed, 4-channel unidirectional digital isolator using proprietary capacitive coupling technology to provide 3750Vrms of galvanic isolation. It supports extreme data rates up to 200Mbps with very low propagation delay, making it ideal for isolating fast digital interfaces like SPI and high-speed industrial fieldbuses. The device operates from a wide supply range of 1.71V to 5.5V and features high common-mode transient immunity of 50kV/us.
