The MCP2542FDT-E/MNY is a high-speed CAN FD transceiver designed for data rates up to 8Mbps. It provides the interface between a CAN protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus, supporting both classical CAN and CAN Flexible Data-rate (CAN FD) frames. This automotive-qualified device features a Vio pin for direct level shifting to low-voltage microcontrollers and extremely low standby current consumption.
