MMC5603NJ
Overview
The MMC5603NJ is a high-performance 3-axis AMR (Anisotropic Magneto-Resistive) sensor capable of 20-bit resolution and a 1kHz bandwidth. It features integrated degaussing and sensitivity compensation to maintain accuracy across a +/-3mT sensing range while operating on a wide supply voltage from 1.62V to 3.6V.
Why Choose This Part
This sensor offers a extremely low sleep current of 1uA and integrated degaussing functionality to eliminate residual magnetism. It supports both I2C and I3C interfaces, allowing for high-speed communication in a compact 0.8mm x 0.8mm WLP package.

Getting Started
Interface the sensor via I2C or I3C by connecting VDD and the communication lines; use the on-chip self-test signal to verify functionality during firmware development. Developers should implement the automatic degaussing routine provided in the manufacturer's drivers to ensure long-term stability.
