The MPQ5031 is a highly integrated USB Power Delivery (PD) controller designed for automotive charging applications. It combines the physical layer, protocol layer, and policy engine into a single 4x4mm QFN package to simplify Type-C port implementations. This AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified IC manages high-voltage VBUS isolation and VCONN supply switching while operating across a wide junction temperature range of -40degC to 125degC.
