The PVG612APbF is a single-pole, normally open (1 Form A) photovoltaic relay capable of switching AC or DC loads up to 60V and 2A (or 4A in DC-only parallel configuration). Utilizing a HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switch driven by an integrated photovoltaic generator, it provides a solid-state alternative to mechanical relays with 4,000 VRMS I/O isolation.
