The PVT312LS-TPBF is a single-pole, normally open solid-state photovoltaic relay designed to switch AC and DC loads up to 250V. It utilizes a GaAlAs light-emitting diode input integrated with a photovoltaic generator to drive a HEXFET power MOSFET output stage. This 6-pin surface-mount device features integrated current limiting to protect against circuit overloads.
