RHF100K1
Overview
The RHF100K1 is a high-precision radiation-hardened 1.2V fixed shunt voltage reference designed for aerospace and orbital applications. It features an extremely low temperature coefficient of 15 ppm/degC and is designed to maintain 0.08% precision stability even after exposure to 300 krad (Si) total ionizing dose.
Why Choose This Part
This device is immune to SEL at 120 MeV.cm2/mg and is SET characterized, ensuring high reliability in deep space missions. Its extremely low cathode current of 40 uA and long-term stability of 2 ppm/degC over 3000 hours make it ideal for long-duration orbital deployments.

Getting Started
When designing with the RHF100K1, ensure the cathode current stays within the 40 uA to 12 mA range for stable operation. Evaluation should be performed using the Ceramic Flat-10 footprint, following STMicroelectronics' guidelines for radiation-hardened PCB layout and thermal management.
