SI5351C-B-GM
Overview
The SI5351C-B-GM is a highly flexible, I2C-programmable CMOS clock generator capable of synthesizing up to 8 independent frequencies ranging from 8 kHz to 200 MHz. It features an internal PLL architecture that allows for glitchless frequency changes and eliminates the need for multiple crystals or discrete oscillators in complex timing designs.
Why Choose This Part
This IC offers exceptional PSRR to eliminate external power supply filtering and features a very low operating current of 27mA with all 8 outputs active. Its ability to support static phase offset and adjustable output delays provides engineers with fine-grained control over signal integrity and timing margins.

Key Specifications
Getting Started
Configuration is handled via the I2C interface using Skyworks ClockBuilder Pro software to generate register settings. For rapid prototyping, engineers often use the Si5351A-B-EVB evaluation board to verify frequency plans before PCB integration.
