Overview

The SI8641AB-B-IS1 is a high-performance, four-channel digital isolator based on proprietary capacitive isolation technology. It provides 2.5 kVrms of isolation with three forward and one reverse channel configuration, offering high electromagnetic immunity and low power consumption. This device is designed to replace optocouplers in demanding environments where long-term reliability and high-speed operation are required.
