The SI8641BB-B-IS1 is a high-speed four-channel digital isolator supporting data rates up to 150Mbps with a 2500Vrms isolation rating. It utilizes proprietary capacitive coupling technology to provide high electromagnetic immunity and low propagation delay while maintaining low power consumption across a 2.5V to 5.5V supply range.

Getting Started

Place 0.1uF bypass capacitors as close as possible to the VDD1 and VDD2 pins (pins 1 and 16). Ensure a minimum PCB creepage distance is maintained under the 16-pin SOIC package to meet safety isolation requirements. For evaluation, use the Si86xxISO-KIT development board to test signal integrity and power consumption under various load conditions.
