Overview

The SLWRB4306D is a radio board designed for evaluating and developing with the MGM13P12 Mighty Gecko module. It features the EFR32MG13 SoC, supporting multi-protocol wireless networking including Zigbee, Thread, and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols. The board integrates 512KB of Flash and 64KB of RAM, providing a complete RF reference design for low-power mesh networking.

Why Choose This Part

The board provides a pre-certified RF environment for the MGM13P12 module, significantly reducing time-to-market for wireless products. It supports ultra-low power operation with run currents as low as 0.1uA in deep sleep modes, and the integrated 512KB flash allows for robust Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates.

Applications

Zigbee Home Automation
Developing interoperable smart home devices like light switches, dimmers, and occupancy sensors using the Zigbee protocol.
Thread Networking
Building IP-addressable mesh networks for reliable and secure smart building applications.
Industrial IoT Sensors
Implementing battery-powered monitoring nodes that require ultra-low power consumption and long-range mesh connectivity.
Energy Management
Creating smart meters and energy monitoring systems that communicate over 802.15.4 standards.
