Overview

The SLWSTK6102A is an evaluation and development platform for the xGM210P Mighty Gecko Module. It features an ARM Cortex-M33 core with 1024 KB Flash and 96 KB RAM, supporting multiple 2.4 GHz wireless protocols including Bluetooth 5.x, Zigbee, and Thread. The board integrates Silicon Labs Secure Vault technology for advanced hardware-level security in IoT applications.

Why Choose This Part

This kit leverages the Secure Vault features of the xGM210P, including Secure Boot with Root of Trust, DPA countermeasures, and anti-tamper capabilities. The ARM Cortex-M33 core includes an FPU and DSP instructions for efficient edge processing at 38.4 MHz, while the ultra-low power modes allow for long-term battery operation with deep sleep current as low as 5.1 microamps.

Applications

Smart Home Hubs
Developing multiprotocol gateways that bridge Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Thread devices while maintaining high security.
Connected Lighting
Implementing wireless control and mesh networking for industrial or residential LED lighting systems.
Asset Tracking
Creating low-power Bluetooth-based location services and monitoring tags for logistics and warehousing.
Industrial IoT Sensors
Deploying secure, long-range wireless sensor nodes in environments requiring robust cryptographic protection and low energy consumption.
