The SMD291NL is a lead-free, no-clean tacky flux designed for high-reliability soldering applications. It is supplied in a 5cc syringe for precise manual dispensing during PCB assembly, rework, and surface-mount component placement. This flux is specifically formulated to handle the higher process temperatures required for lead-free alloys while maintaining a long shelf life of 24 months.
