Getting Started

To use this transceiver, connect the four external 0.1uF charge pump capacitors as specified in the datasheet to generate the necessary RS-232 voltage levels. Ensure the logic-side pins (T_IN, R_OUT) are interfaced with your MCU's UART, and provide a stable 3.3V or 5V VCC supply. For prototyping, the 16-TSSOP package can be mounted on a standard breakout board for use with breadboards.
