STLINK-V3MODS
Overview
The STLINK-V3MODS is a compact, modular debugging and programming probe designed for direct-to-PCB implementation via its 32-pin castellated via package. It supports JTAG, SWD, and SWV interfaces for STM32 microcontrollers, while also providing a bridge for UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and GPIO communication. This tiny 15 x 30 mm module allows engineers to integrate a dedicated debugger directly onto their own hardware for easy field updates and diagnostics.
Why Choose This Part
The STLINK-V3MODS offers a high-speed USB 2.0 interface for faster programming times compared to previous generations. Its castellated via design enables it to be soldered directly onto a host PCB as a small-form-factor module, saving significant board space while providing full bridge functionality for various industrial protocols.

Key Specifications
Getting Started
To use the STLINK-V3MODS, solder the 32-pin module to your host PCB and connect a USB Micro-B cable for power and data. It is natively supported by the STM32CubeProgrammer software and popular IDEs such as STM32CubeIDE, Keil MDK, and IAR Embedded Workbench. Ensure the VDD supply is between 3V and 3.6V for proper operation of the target interface.
