The STM32U575RGT6 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core with TrustZone security. Operating at up to 160MHz, it integrates 1MB of Flash and 786KB of RAM, utilizing an advanced 40nm process to achieve industry-leading power consumption as low as 19.5uA/MHz.
