STUSB4500BJR
Overview
The STUSB4500BJR is a standalone USB Power Delivery (PD) sink controller designed for power-sinking devices. It supports automatic negotiation of Power Delivery profiles from a Type-C source without the need for external microcontroller intervention, allowing for easy migration from legacy barrel jacks to USB-C power.
Why Choose This Part
The controller is fully autonomous and operates without a dedicated MCU, featuring an Auto-run mode for immediate power delivery upon connection. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 4.1V to 22V and features low power consumption with a typical idle current of 140uA at 3.3V.
