TITCAN4550RGYRQ1
Overview
The TCAN4550RGYRQ1 is a highly integrated System Basis Chip (SBC) that combines a CAN FD controller, a CAN FD transceiver, and an internal LDO regulator into a single package. It allows microcontrollers without a native CAN FD peripheral to communicate over a high-speed vehicle network via a standard SPI interface at clock speeds up to 18 MHz.
Why Choose This Part
The device features integrated plus/minus 58 V bus fault protection and a built-in LDO providing up to 70 mA of external current, reducing the need for external power components. It supports high-speed data rates up to 8 Mbps and includes a low-power sleep mode with a typical current consumption of 42 uA.
