The TLIN10283DRQ1 is a Local Interconnect Network (LIN) physical layer transceiver with an integrated low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. It supports data rates up to 100kbps and converts LIN bus signals into logic-level signals for a microcontroller while providing a regulated 3.3V power rail. This AEC-Q100 qualified device features extensive protection including +/-58V fault tolerance and thermal shutdown.
