TITLIN14413DMTRQ1

Texas Instruments
1/1 Transceiver Full LIN 14-VSON (4.5x3)
NRND5,996 in stock

Overview

The TLIN14413DMTRQ1 is an automotive-grade LIN transceiver with an integrated 3.3V LDO regulator and a hardware watchdog timer. Designed to support 12V automotive systems, it converts logic-level signals into LIN bus signals while providing power and monitoring for local microcontrollers. It features robust ESD protection and is compliant with ISO/DIS 17987-4 and SAE J2602 standards.

Why Choose This Part

This device reduces BOM complexity by integrating a 125mA LDO and a watchdog into a single 4.5mm x 3.0mm VSON package. It offers excellent power efficiency with an ultra-low sleep current of approximately 1.9uA and provides 500mV of receiver hysteresis for superior noise immunity.

Applications

Automotive Body Electronics
Ideal for door modules, window lifters, and seat controllers where a local microcontroller needs both power and LIN communication.
Industrial Sensor Nodes
Used in rugged industrial environments that require a simple, low-speed bus protocol and a regulated 3.3V rail from a high-voltage supply.
Safety-Critical Modules
Utilizes the integrated watchdog supervisor to ensure the local MCU is operating correctly in automotive or industrial safety systems.
