The TMP102AQDRLRQ1 is an AEC-Q100 qualified digital temperature sensor designed for high-accuracy thermal monitoring in space-constrained automotive applications. It provides a 12-bit or 13-bit output over an I2C/SMBus interface and operates with a low supply voltage range of 1.4V to 3.6V. The device features an integrated SMBus Alert function and ultra-low power consumption, drawing as little as 1uA in shutdown mode.
