TSR 1-2450
Overview
The TSR 1-2450 is a non-isolated DC/DC step-down switching regulator designed to be a pin-compatible drop-in replacement for standard LM7805 linear regulators. It provides a fixed 5V output at up to 1A from an input voltage range of 6.5V to 36V. Unlike linear regulators, this switching converter operates with very high efficiency, eliminating the need for a bulky heatsink even at high input-to-output voltage differentials.
