TITXB0108DQSR
Overview
The TXB0108DQSR is an 8-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator featuring auto-direction sensing, eliminating the need for a direction control signal. It bridges mismatched logic levels between a VCCA range of 1.2V to 3.6V and a VCCB range of 1.65V to 5.5V, supporting data rates up to 100Mbps.
Why Choose This Part
The auto-direction sensing feature simplifies PCB routing and reduces GPIO count by removing the need for a DIR control pin. It includes partial-power-down mode support via IOFF circuitry, which prevents damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
Applications
Key Specifications
Getting Started
Ensure that VCCA is always less than or equal to VCCB during operation to maintain stability. The OE pin should be tied to GND through a pull-down resistor to ensure the high-impedance state during power-up or power-down transitions.
