The STMicroelectronics VL53L5CX is a Time-of-Flight (ToF) multizone ranging sensor capable of providing 8x8 multizone ranging output. It integrates a low-power microcontroller and features a 940 nm invisible light VCSEL, a receiving array of single photon avalanche diodes (SPADs), and diffractive optical elements (DOE). This sensor offers a measurement range of 2 to 400 cm and operates with a supply voltage between 2.8V and 3.3V.
