The 2025 DSP Online Conference

The Embedded Systems Summit 2025 - Registration are now open!

Stephane BoucherAugust 24, 2025

It’s happening!

I am extremely excited to announce that registration is officially open for the inaugural Embedded Systems Summit (ESS)!

The Summit will take place October 14–16, 2025 in the heart of Silicon Valley at the Sonesta Silicon Valley.

It's a fantastic feeling for Jacob Beningo and I to see our vision of an in-person event materialize. Our goal with the ESS is to create an in-person event that will:

  • Feature some of the most popular speakers from the Embedded Online Conference
  • Deliver immense value through top-notch technical training
  • Be intentionally limited in size, making it easier to connect meaningfully with fellow engineers and speakers

Now it’s your turn to take advantage of this opportunity and use ESS as a catalyst for your Embedded Systems career.

What to expect

  • Day 1 (Tue, Oct 14): Zephyr Developer Bootcamp
A full-day, hands-on workshop led by Jacob Beningo and Mohammed Billoo. Bring your laptop—development boards will be provided. You’ll go from setup to production-grade workflows with practical labs.
  • Day 2–3 (Wed–Thu, Oct 15–16): Conference Sessions
Two days of workshops and technical talks across embedded software topics and real-world case studies, tooling, testing, RTOS/MCU best practices, and more, plus time for Q&A and networking.

Why register early?

  • Limited seats: Only 70 available
  • Early Bird: Save $200 by registering before the end of August
  • Hotels will fill quickly: Silicon Valley will be busy that week—secure your room early if you’re traveling

See you in Silicon Valley!
