Quick question for the metrowerks codewarrior

Started by mortisgr January 17, 2006
Hello all, I've got some questions for metrowerks codewarrior v3.1
I am working on M68HC12B32 EVB

With burner.bbl i can make an .s19 record,how can i make a .lst ?

The first thing you need to do is press Alt-F7 to open the
Settings from the IDE. Then under the Target heading select the
Assembler for HC12. Then select the Options button. The Output will
show you the available output options. Select everything in the list
except for the 3rd, 4th and last line. This will give you a basic
listing file. If you start deselecting some of the other lines you will
find that the file can get rather large, but you may need some of these
parameters listed. You could also select the 3rd line (Configure
Listing File) if you want to get very specific contents in your .lst
file. Hope this helps.

Thanks John,

I also needed to tick in the compiler settings, at the output tab in
options, the generate listing file box and it worked.

Thanks again

Tassos:

Sorry about that. I forgot to mention that you need to do this for
both compiler and/or assembler depending on what you are writing your
code in. Glad I could help.
