Is it possible to read hex data back from chip through ISP-ICP bridge?

I think you want to read the program memory, you didn't specify this in your
question.

But, as I know, this is not possible. You could only read a 32-bit CRC value
for each sector. So if you have the program code, you can compute the CRC
yourself and compare it with the readed value. This is to check if
programming was OK. If you don't have the program code, the code is
protected.
