interfacing SDCARD to atmega162 controller

Hi friends,
i am ravi new to avr based controller. i want interface sdcard to atmega162 controller using SPI protocol. please help me any sample code(or give some idea to how to interface) avilable means please forward to me.

Some time ago I used Jesper Hansen examples (SPI mode),
http://www.myplace.nu/
the code works on both SD and MMC cards. You can also find schematics, code
, etc.
