RAM compiler accurate?

Started by Joseph Obernberger August 11, 2003
Hi - I've noticed that when I start to use above about 272 bytes of RAM,
according the 'compile status', the BX-24 starts to reboot at random, or
crash. Is that number accurate? Am I really using 272bytes of RAM, or
could it be more?
Thanks.

The number in the status bar refers only to memory allocated to
static (module level) variables. You generally need to check the
MPP map file for more details about how much memory is required
for a particular program.
