siteplayer/basicX Carrier boards

I have 2 extra siteplayer/basicX Carrier boards design by Tom Igoe.

Here is a schematic That I drew in a freeware (ExpressSCH) available from www.expressPCB.com. Perhaps it may be easier if you view it to determine if this is what you are doing.

The transistor arrangment that Tony describes (see schematic) is the common-emitter config -- good for power gain. I'm new to the BX, so I am not certain to the value of Rs, but 1K seems reasonable.
