LowCost ARM setup with S3C2440 ARM9 Board

i want to build a low cost ARM based setup for learning of linux drivers 
and board level porting 
objectives : 
1)bootloader functionality
2)bare board porting of linux
3)linux boot up in embedded systems
4)device driver development 


cant afford to spend huge money  so figured out 2 boards :

It's a great board. Packs in a lot of features for a very decent price. The documentation is largely in Chinese though and that might be a speed-breaker. You can get some great resources for the MINI2440 at http://www.development= board.net/ Good luck!
