Mot HC12 Networking

Anyone have Ethernet running on Mot HC12? Comments on both commercial and
freeware and appreciated.

did you see AN2304/D ?
Motorola announces HCS12 Ethernet Peripheral for 2 years now,
but I did not see a single device to buy. Believe the X12 
comes soon ...
