SOIC8 marked as M9KA2: what is it?

Someone know what is the SMD IC marked as M9KA2? It is a SOIC8 and it 
seems a small Freescale microcontroller, but I couldn't find any datasheet.

On the second line there is the code RMAKDC or RMARDC (it's difficult to 
read).

Any help?
