recommendations for a 32bit board with 16bit 1Msps ADC

Thanks to everyone for the replies.  

I've just noticed that the text of my original post garbled the specs for
the ADC and DAC, dont know why.  Anyway, they were  >= 14bit  >= 1Msps
ADCs
and a couple of >= 12bit DACs.

The hard to meet spec seemed to be the ADC.  Following all your
suggestions, Ive found a couple of promising options: the TI F28377D
Experimenter Kit looks good as does and the FRDM-K64F development board.
