Can I download the evaluation version directly?

It seems that I have to wait their contact:

Even with a CD of one of the no-cost versions, you still can't do much
with it until you request and receive a license file from them.

Not for all the versions...
For example, HC(S)08 is now in 5.0 version => the licence is included in the 
package. You 've just need to register yourself and that's all !
