Hmmmm.... By TCP/IP, do you mean ethernet? If so, check out WireShark (http://www.wireshark.org/). For USB, what platform?? Maybe the Usb Sniffer for Windows? (http://sourceforge.net/projects/usbsnoop) For serial, again, what platform? For Linux, there's the Linux Serial Sniffer.
