68HC711E9 Windowed EPROM microcontrollers

Started by mr_mark2105 April 28, 2004
I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me where i might find
a couple of 68HC11E9 chips with the UV erasable eprom. Thanks in
advance for any help.

Hi --

I have found three sources over the last few years.

1. Private sale of excess stock. I understand that no more are available
from this source.

2. Digikey - http://www.digikey.com

3. Newark - http://www.newark.com

Good luck, these are getting hard to find.

Could be very hard to find. They were hard to get your hands on
when Moto still made them, and I think they've been discontinued
for some time. I have a couple, but I'm not willing to part
with them. Don't know of anyone who would be...

Try a Google search for "mc68hc711e9cfs2/3". You get lots of hits, many of
them vendors trooling for sales. Use both the 2 and the 3 speed.
