Crossworks Wiggler Flash programming

Started by piersante01 June 2, 2006
I got problems to program LPC2148 flash with wiggler under crossworks
1.5.

Any program under 4K is programmed and debugged in a correct way but
anything above 4K give verification error.

There is a limitation on Rowley Crossworks programming capability
during 30 day evaluation ?

I don't think that V 1.5 actually supports the 2148, the new 1.6 version
definitely does.

I know, I used LPC2138 configuration and it work for programs under 4K but
not more...
Programming give ferification error and flash above 4k return back as "FF".

LPC2138 and LPC2148 are different on flash programming ?

The memory maps look similar, so I'd have thought that they would be the
same. I'd try the new version, anyway.

I tryied the new 1.6 trial version and it works fine with wiggler and J-link
also.
I think differences are in the crossworks loader software and some support
files.
Anyway 1.6 support LPC214x family completely... I see also some nice
specific libraries.
