fastest flash prog speed for LPC2138?

Well, this is a stand-alone production programmer capable of
programming up to 4 boards at once, it is not a hobby tool.

Only if you pay an extra $1000 as far as I know to allow multi-core.
That makes it about $3,000 for a PEEDI.
